Following requests from many of our customers we have introduced the Micro Nav User Forum.

This gives BEST Users a means of exchanging ideas and sharing solutions together with access to advice and guidance from Micro Nav's own BEST experts.
For anyone who is unfamiliar with the use of Forums, here are a few tips on what's there and how it works:

When you first visit the site, to use any of the Forums you will need to register as a Forum User. This is a quick and painless process that requires you to complete a simple sign-up form. Having registered, you will then have access to the Test Forum; this is where those that are unfamiliar with forums can post dummy topics and answers to get a feel for how it all works before having a go in the 'real' forum. When you're ready to get involved in the 'real' forum, email the Administrator and ask to be added to the 'Customer' user group.

You can find email hyperlinks to the Administrator in various places on the site but if you're unsure select the 'Memberlist' item on the forum toolbar. This will then list all forum site members (including the Administrator) with an email link to contact them (if they have chosen to make their email address public).

Once this is done you will get an email to inform you that you have been added to the 'Customer' group and the next time you log in you will have access to two additional forums - The BEST Place and Release Information.

The BEST Place is the main BEST User forum and existing users are encouraged to post new topics for discussion and participate in other in-progress discussions.

Although this forum is the Users' 'own' forum it will be monitored by Micro Nav and certain personnel will answer or post topics from time to time to give the forum community the benefit of their BEST expertise.

Release Information is simply a news forum that Micro Nav will use to inform Users when new product versions are released. Support and Extended Support customers only will be able to access detailed release information from the links posted here once they have been issued with a User ID and password by Micro Nav (as they can via the company web site currently).
