Amanda Layton, Commercial Manager

Amanda Layton, our Commercial Manager at Micro Nav, joined as Head of Programmes in 2019 before transitioning to her current role in 2022. Amanda has a diverse background following a career in Defence and Space with The Boeing Company. Her 15 years there spanned Finance, Project / Programme Management, and Proposal Development, significantly contributing to US Space Programmes like the International Space Station and Artemis. Amanda's experience has led to demonstrated expertise particularly in complex programme management and competitive proposal leadership. Passionate about travel and hiking, especially in the Scottish Highlands, she also enjoys heirloom vegetable gardening and maintains a keen interest in space exploration.
