Dave Marshall, our Director of ATC Services, joined Micro Nav in 2021 with an impressive 35 years of air traffic controller experience. His expertise spans area, approach, and aerodrome disciplines, developed through roles with the Royal Air Force and NATS at major UK airports including Heathrow and Gatwick. Dave's extensive background includes positions as Watch Manager, Head of ATC Training, and involvement in global safety and change programs. A dedicated family man and enthusiastic Scotland rugby supporter, Dave enjoys following the team's pursuits around the globe.
