Marketing Coordinator

Micro Nav was founded in 1988 and has become an award-winning world leader in the development and delivery of training solutions for Air Traffic Control operations. Micro Nav’s products are a mission critical training resource for aviation authorities around the world. The company is seeking to improve the output of its Sales and Marketing department, with the addition of a Marketing Coordinator.

As part of the Sales and Marketing department, you will be joining a challenging, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be participating in, and implementing, the company’s marketing strategy.


The successful applicant will be expected to:

Coordinate all online and offline marketing activities as part of the marketing plan;

Extend the company’s social media activities;

Manage all outsourced marketing agency relationships;

Manage and apply the company’s brand guidelines;

Contribute to the development and success of Micro Nav by promoting the company and its products.


The ideal applicant will:

Be experienced in using a broad range of digital and traditional marketing channels;

Be a professional that can work within a small team and build relationships with multi-disciplined colleagues and external suppliers;

Be able to work under pressure, on multiple tasks simultaneously and to deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail;

Be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud suite of tools;

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Have a relevant Marketing or Communications qualification;

Have an interest in the principles of Air Traffic Control.
