We are looking for someone who enjoys the challenges of software development within the world of simulation. You should be someone with a keen attention to detail, as well as the drive to create new and exciting elements in our product. As a Software Engineer you will help to develop our pioneering Air Traffic Control software and be a key member within challenging projects.

This role is needed to support a new, pioneering product of the Quadrant Group called Quadrant INTERACT™. Product design, software development and functional testing for INTERACT is all managed from Micro Nav’s Bournemouth UK offices.


Due to expansion, we are very excited to invite new people to our dedicated INTERACT project team. INTERACT is a truly innovative, game-changing product in the world of pilot training and flight simulation, and is set to increase dramatically the realism of flight simulators globally. INTERACT introduces full synthetic air traffic control and other traffic in to professional flight simulators used to train both civil and military pilots. The environment in the simulator is much more realistic using INTERACT, supporting realistic flight crew workloads and greatly enhancing their training experience. INTERACT incorporates artificial intelligence, speech recognition and synthesis technologies, delivering the next generation of environment simulation for flight simulator training devices and pilot training programmes.
