Mike Male is one of the co-founders of the Company, a Member of the Board of Directors and responsible for the day-to-day running of the Company. He is a qualified ATCO and has a wealth of operational ATC experience, along with experience in the design and development of simulation systems and ATC training.

Head of Systems, Fred Johnson

Fred Johnson is one of the co-founders of Micro Nav and a member of the Board of Directors. He is a qualified air traffic controller and provides Micro Nav with ATC expertise on requirements, software design, development and testing.

Sales & Marketing Director, Martin Wise

Sales & Marketing Director, Martin Wise

Martin Wise is a member of the Board of Directors and manages the Sales and Marketing department. He has 33 years of experience in Air Traffic Control (ATC) and in flight training simulation. Martin has previously worked at Redifon, Hughes Redeffusion where he helped set up the ATC simulation business, and Cobham/Flight Refuelling where he headed the ATC displays business.

Technical Director, Alan Johnson

Alan Johnson is a member of the Board of Directors. Originally trained as a Quality Assurance specialist and ISEB qualified Software Tester, Alan has almost 20 years experience in both Manufacturing and Software. He is responsible for the Systems, Software Development, Validation and Maintenance teams.

Kevin Crump is a member of the Board and has a long career history in ATC. He brings experience of simulation software development, project and customer management along with quality management to Micro Nav.

Tim Mynott is a member of the Board of Directors and Company Secretary. He is an experienced UK qualified chartered accountant responsible for the Company's financial, legal, HR and administrative control.

Mark Clover has both a military and civil aviation background with years' experience in the IT customer services sector. He is the first point of contact for all customer support enquiries.

Silke Braham is a qualified marketing professional responsible for Micro Nav's marketing and events strategy and execution.

HR Manager, Lisa Brizland

HR Manager, Lisa Brizland

Lisa Brizland is a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has over 15 years' experience in Human Resources (HR). She is responsible for overseeing Micro Nav's HR requirements, including staff recruitment and training. Lisa also has a degree in Accountancy.

New Product Development Manager, Jeremy Goodman

Jeremy oversees new product development and associated market research as part of the Sales and Marketing team. His role involves liaison with aviation industry experts, regulators and other stakeholders. Prior to joining Micro Nav, Jeremy gained more than 10 years' experience in sales and marketing and technical product development.

Requirements Engineer, Dave Harvey

David Harvey is an air traffic controller with significant experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of ATC training solutions.  As a member of Micro Nav's Systems Team, he is responsible for ensuring customer requirements are accurately captured.

ATC Systems Specialist, Chris Foster

ATC Systems Specialist, Chris Foster

Chris acts as an expert interface between our customers and in-house developers. He completed 30 years as an RAF ATC officer qualified as Tower, Area, Instructor and Examiner.  He was part of the joint civil/military team that designed the controller interfaces for Swanwick ATC Centre and also commanded the military unit.  He later joined NATS as Senior Manager responsible for Swanwick En-route and London Terminal operations.

Sales Executive, Rizal Pickard

Sales Executive, Rizal Pickard

Rizal has vast experience with the BEST simulator from working as a Software Tester and Sales Engineer at Micro Nav. He is in charge of demonstrations, new enquiries and plays a key role in building relationships with our customers. He has a strong IT sales background as well as benefiting from having been trained by NATS as a Radar Controller. He is fluent in English, Indonesian, Malaysian and is currently learning Spanish.

Ulrica Naish has several years' experience working in a support environment in various industries both in the UK and her native Sweden.  She works alongside the Customer Support Manager resolving matters raised by customers worldwide.
