The Irish Aviation Authority (IAA) chose the BEST radar and 3D tower simulator to include a replication (emulation) of their operational CAIRDE system. This provided a platform for transatlantic operations, and an evaluation of new controller tools for advanced safety and airspace restructuring programmes.
