As a member of CANSO‘s Cyber Safety Task Force, Micro Nav’s IT Manager, David Bain, shared his expertise in contributing to CANSO’s recently published Standard of Excellence in Cybersecurity that brings together best practices, knowledge and experience from various industry experts.

The document aims to create a harmonised approach to cybersecurity across the ATM industry.

This best practice document was contributed to by 16 ANSPs and suppliers, to assist in improving cybersecurity performance in the industry. It allows Chief Information Security Officers and Security Managers to understand the critical elements of effective cybersecurity for their organisation.
