Harrison Harding joins Head of Customer Services Ulrica Naish as new Customer Service Manager to complete the team supporting users of their BEST ATC simulation system.

Harrison is no stranger to Micro Nav. He joined the company in an IT technician capacity for his placement year during university, and was offered a position as Installation Technician during his final year. During his time at Micro Nav he moved up to System Delivery Manager where he oversaw all activities undertaken by the system delivery team, before moving into a senior operations role at Cobham Aerospace Connectivity, specialising in software systems for air traffic control and air defence.

Ulrica Naish says: “We are delighted to welcome Harrison back to Micro Nav. He will be able to hit the ground running and provide immediate support to our customer base with their simulation uses and requirements, as well as our recent new recruit.”
