Daniel Boddington joins Micro Nav as Customer Service Manager. He will be supporting Head of Customer Services Ulrica Naish and her team to continue delivering the highest level of customer service, ensuring our customers have all they need to excel in their use of their ATC simulation system.
Along with the team, Daniel will be providing remote support until travel can start again, after which he will visit customer sites to provide onsite support where required.

Daniel has a background in software development and has previously worked in simulation. He has extensive knowledge in managing customer requirements from planning through to development, delivery and support.
