Richard Bonner is appointed Operations Director for Micro Nav, reporting to Greg Pile, Managing Director.

Since joining in May 2018, Richard has been the Head of Programmes at Micro Nav. Previously, he held senior management roles at Leidos, Serco Middle East and NATS. He has 20 years of experience delivering to Air Traffic Control customers with a successful track record of delivering complex solutions in high-density operations in places like Heathrow, Manchester and Dubai.

Richard has also had 5 years of P&L responsibly with leadership experience in building teams of programme, project managers, engineers and related support staff; supporting and motivating them to deliver exceptional results.

Richard is a Chartered Engineer with a degree from York University and an accredited APM Programme Manager.
