We’re seeking a skilled 3D Artist capable of producing accurate low polygon models of buildings and vehicles. Reporting to the Senior 3D Artist you will be joining a small team of 3D Artists responsible for creating real time 3D representations of everything you would typically see from of an Air Traffic Control tower. You will use a mixture of industry standard software and in house tools to create these representations. Our 3D Artists work remotely but you will be expected to commute to the offices for the first few weeks for initial induction training and for occasional meetings as requested thereafter.
Creating real time airport models using Micro Nav Ltd Fast Airport Building.
Modelling low polygon buildings, vehicles, aircraft using Autodesk 3ds Max.
Texturing buildings, vehicles, aircraft using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Substance Painter.
Importing buildings, vehicles, aircraft and characters into the Imagine Image generator.
Maintaining a subversion library of all projects
Validation of 3D airport models.
Collating data for 3D models from customers and other sources.
Comply with requirements of the company Quality Management System.
IG development (Working with Imagine developing tools and features)
Creation of imagery for sales demos
Creation of Visuals for bid documents
Mandatory:
Demonstrable experience of using the following software.
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Substance Painter
Autodesk 3DS MAX
Relevant degree level qualification + minimum of 2 years’ experience
Good time management and planning skills
Desirable:
Experience of dealing with internal departments of mixed disciplines and personnel at all levels.
Experience of using GIS software such QGIS
Interest in Aviation
Artists who have worked on Flight Simulator DLC

Salary Range: £30-£35k depending on your experience.
